Case Ctudy
Exhibition Shipping
A successful launch
Having worked for many months with our client to develop a range of brochures and other things to help them communicate
the launch of their new office in Toronto, I was concerned that the printed goods would not be able to shipped across
the Atlantic in time for the new office opening.
Although I knew everything I needed to about design and print, I was not sure how to go about getting them transported
to Canada.
Oakbridge had all the answers for me and were able to put me at my ease. The brochures packed onto 4 pallets and
weighed a significant amount. Oakbridge advised on insurance requirements, handled all the documentation and even
arranged for a door-to-door delivery once they arrived in Toronto.
Because the project had been completed within the agreed schedule, my company was able to save considerably on costs
by shipping the goods by seafreight in 21 days rather than sending them by air.
The client received the goods in plenty of time and the office launch was managed successfully.
